1. Professional Services
BRENLOW STAFFING LLC provides professional services on a custom-engagement basis. Due to the nature of our work, the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to each project cannot be recovered. Therefore, all fees paid for completed services are strictly non-refundable.
2. Project Cancellation
If a client wishes to cancel an engagement prior to completion, notice must be provided in writing. Clients will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, along with any non-recoverable expenses incurred on their behalf. Any remaining balances from initial deposits after deducting these amounts will be refunded within 30 business days.
3. Retainer Agreements
For clients on monthly retainer agreements, cancellation requires a 30-day written notice. Fees paid for the current month of service are non-refundable. Overage hours or additional expenses approved during the billing period will be invoiced on the final statement.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables provided, please contact your account manager within 14 days of receipt. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work diligently to address concerns and revise deliverables within the scope of the original agreement.
